Ok, I had the chance to review just a few of the figure prep eBooks online and here's my summary. The first 3 that I reviewed were eFigure Guide, Figure Prep Diet, and Figure Competition Secrets. Each had their pro's and con's and I'll explain them below.

The eFigure Guide was a low price of just $24.95. It contains 59 pages of figure prep tips and suggestions from an array of top-figure athletes. Each athlete covers 2-6 pages on certain topics.
Diana Chaloux gives the introduction followed by Nancy Georges who talks about motivation and setting goals. Scott Kepppel gives information on the figure workout plan and Jessica Rohm gives tips and suggestions for successful figure posing. Jennifer Searles gives you the run down on tanning for your figure competition and Elise Firestone reveals ideas on hair and make up for taking charge of the figure stage.
In all, it was an inspirational read with good ideas, tips, and suggestions. If you are advanced and want ideas to change your figure program up, this eBook is a good resource.

Next on my list was the Figure Prep Diet. If found this one a bit pricey... $167.00 to be exa ct. It contained 56 pages of figure diets, covering 7 basic points of focus. The many diets covered 7 different calorie ranges for various body weights. It came along with another download on basic macro-nutrients and a couple of recipes.
It did contain a training program for one month of training, then some advanced techniques to use. A log-in area allowed you to view more training exercises, however logging-in was a bit of an inconvenience.
The Figure Prep Diet contained some good information starting on the intermediate level. You need to know your stuff before you jump into this. The author Terry Stokes is well-respected in his figure ring, and this eBook could be a good resource for your figure competition.

Last on my interest list was Figure Competition Secrets eBook for the reasonable price of $47. It contains 208 pages of full figure comp prep. It's broken down into 23 chapters on everything from setting goals that work to your figure prep diet, and from tweaking your diet and training all the way to peak week. Not only that, I was pleasantly surprised to receive bonus reports, extra eBook download for figure prep recipes, and e-mail support.
The Figure Competition Secrets eBook's training chapter contained 3 months of training that are intense and challenging. The 3 month cycle allows you to continually amp up your training with each phase of figure prep.
I found this eBook to be full of very useful information and complete in every sense, from total newbie to advanced. Not only that, the author, Karen Sessions sends me e-mails with unadvertised bonuses!
